The Off-Season

As 2013 winds down, we hope that all our participants are finding a way to stay active. Hit the gym, treadmill, or road if you can. Keep that winter holiday weight off and be ready to come back leaner for the 2014 event. No concrete plans have been made concerning next year's race. But rest assured we will be back sometime in mid-September. If you feel like providing feedback on the 2013 race, click on the "Forum" tab and fill out the form there.
Until then, happy holidays and happy training!
