Official Rules

See this document for a list of the 2012 rules. Then, get in that last training run, ride, or row and rest up for Saturday.

    The Marshall Recreation Center also rents kayak packages. You can get a leisure kayak, pfd, and paddle for $13 a day or $24 for the weekend. Marshall University is 40 minutes west of Charleston on I-64.
